A dying man was found in the carpark lift of a Westfield Shopping Centre in the Melbourne suburb of Doncaster on Friday.
According to the Herald Sun, a gym instructor for the fitness group Heavy Haulers made the discovery just after 6am.
Paramedics were called to the scene but the man, who is believed to be aged in his 40s, died before they arrived.
It’s been reported that his throat had been slashed.
Police are treating the death as suspicious and the homicide squad is said to be investigating the incident.
The discovery comes just one week after 71-year-old Bernard Gore was found dead in a stairwell of Westfield Bondi Junction. He had been missing since January 6.
