She recently celebrated getting her driving licence back and now Schapelle Corby has posed for a photo with her brand new wheels.
In a photo posted to the Ozzy Tyres Facebook page, the convicted drug smuggler was snapped in a maroon dress and thongs standing next to a gleaming white car.
‘The stunning Schapelle Corby standing proud with her new Hussla Spider 20 inch wheels. Positive vibes only please,’ the snap was captioned.
But in spite of the plea, some commenters just couldn’t help taking a quip at Schapelle’s infamous past.
‘How many body boards does the boot fit?’ Asking for a friend,’ one person wrote.
In February, Schapelle took to her own Instagram page to share her excitement about passing her driving test.
‘I got it. I passed. In QLD if your driver licence has expired over 5 years (as mine was) you need to 1. Do the written test. 2. Book in and Pass your driven test. From ‘L’ plates straight to Open licence,’ she wrote.
‘I’ve been home since May 2017, why has it taken me so long to get my licence?… well that’d be because I had a broken leg of course.
‘Leg is healing well & I’m so excited to have my independence. Now just need a car,’ Schapelle wrote, tagging car manufacturer Mercedes Benz in the post.
