Schapelle Corby has opened up about the possibility of staring on the Bachelorette.

Two years after officially being deported from Bali, Schapelle’s new life is a far cry from her previous existence, serving a nine-year sentence inside Kerobokan Prison for smuggling 4.2 kilograms of marijuana in a boogie board.

The 42-year-old has maintained a low-profile since, and has now opened up to the Sunday Telegraph about being approached to appear on the hit reality-TV show.

“I’m not in the right frame of mind to do these things,” she revealed.

“I’m still becoming comfortable with life,” adding that the idea of fronting the show is impossible because of her relationship with boyfriend Ben Panangian.

Schapelle has always shared her love for Ben on her social media posts and she has also previously spoken publicly about her hopes of one day having a miracle baby.

The couple first met in 2006 during a church service in Kerobokan Prison while they were both serving time for drug offences.

Schapelle also opened up about being bullied while in jail, accusing fellow convicted drug smuggler Renae Lawrence of bullying her.

“She was abusive mentally and physically,” Corby claimed.

“She has choked me.

“I was very fearful of her”.

Lawrence has since denied the claims.
