Scarlett Johansson has filed from divorce from her husband Romain Dauriac, reports The New York Post.
According to Page Six, Johansson’s lawyer Judith Poller served the divorce papers to Dauriac’s attorney Harold Mayerson on Tuesday, putting an end to the estranged couple’s two-year marriage.
Johanson, 32, and French-born Dauriac, 34, share daughter Rose Dorothy Dauriac together.
Mayerson told the newspaper it was not yet clear who would get custody of the two-year-old in the split.
“He would like to move to France with his daughter and Ms. Johansson does a lot of traveling,” he revealed.
“It will be an interesting process.”

This comes just weeks after PEOPLE confirmed that the actress was the one to break it off with her journalist beau.
“They have been separated since summer,” a source in Dauriac’s circle told the publication.
“I’ve been expecting this for some time. Romain and Scarlett has never made sense to me. They aren’t equals. There’s always been something wrong with this picture.”
Johansson and Dauriac first stepped out as a couple in November 2012, announcing their engagement less than a year later.
They married in a secret ceremony at a Ranch at Rock Creek in Philipsburg, Montana in October 14.
The Lucy star was previously married to Ryan Reynolds from 2008 to 2011.
