According to reports, the victim was interview by police at the police station in regards to her alleged assault. Bullitt County Commonwealth’s Attorney Shelly Alvey told Pioneer News that Nissen offered to drive the victmi home, but instead drove the home of the alleged perpetrator.

Later, Nissen allegedly drove the victim to a motel, paid for the room, and asked her to perform oral sex, then told her to move to another jurisdiction, Alvey told the newspaper.

Alvey told TV station WLKY, ‘My review of that statement indicates that he did admit to quite a bit of what the allegations are in this case.’

‘If the allegations against Detective Nissen are found to be true, you can be assured that we will handle the matter appropriately. The alleged behavior is, most definitely, not in line with the values of our agency,’ Detective Police Chief William Mahoney said.
