This is the moment that led to a 47-year-old man being charged over the alleged assault of a schoolgirl in a Melbourne carpark.

The video shows an apparent confrontation between the man and the girl, who is dressed in a high school uniform. The man is heard yelling, ‘shut your big f***ing mouth’ before apparently making contact with the girl.
‘If I fell back and hit my head on the concrete, I could have died,’ the girl claimed to 7 News.
The incident is said to have erupted following an alleged disagreement between the girl and the man’s stepdaughter.
‘Police have charged a 47-year-old Werribee man following an assault in Werribee yesterday,’ Victorian police confirmed in a statement.
‘Investigators have been told the man allegedly assaulted a 14-year-old Wyndham Vale girl in the car park of a fast food restaurant on Synott Street about 4.40pm.’
