A man has been arrested and escorted by police outside of Melbourne’s Government House where Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are expected to visit this morning.
It is not yet known why the man in question was cuffed by police.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s first appearance in Melbourne is due to be a walkabout to meet members of the public at Government House Drive.
They are then due to attend a reception at Government House housed by Governor Linda Dessau.
The royal couple is then due to board a tram and head to South Melbourne Beach.
