A new book makes shocking claims against mummy blogger Lacey Spears, who fatally poisoned her son with salt.
The book, My Sweet Angel, by John Glatt claims three other children fell while under Spears’ care.
Spears was found guilty in March 2015 of her 5-year-old son’s murder following his death in 2014.
Before having a son of her own, Spears befriended three single-mothers and offered to help with their children. Each of the children developed severe ear infections while under her care, writes Glatt, who spent 18 months researching the book.
According to Glatt, all three children started to improve once Spears was cut off from them.
Speaking to PEOPLE, Spears’ defense attorney Stephen Riebling said: ‘These allegations are inaccurate and very new, which leads us to think there’s nothing to them.’
