The Today Show host, Karl Stefanovic could soon be departing the hit morning show.
Stefanovic teased on Friday morning that he could be making a huge career change when he shared photos of himself working on a building site.
Co-host, Lisa Wilkinson questioned what the pictures were all about: ‘What is the story behind the pics, Karl?’
Much to her surprise, Karl responded ‘The story behind these pics is that I am launching into a different career on Sunday.’
Fans have previously speculated that he would be heading into the construction industry after being snapped at craft beer brewer, Young Henrys in Sydney.
The host is although keeping everything under wraps, saying ‘It is a very big announcement’ and that he will reveal more details very soon.
