According to VICE’s resident astrologer Annabel Gat, this rare astrological situation causes an overwhelming eruption of “huge egos and jealousy” which could make life difficult if we’re not prepared.

This comes after Monday’s full moon, which itself creates a sense of heightened emotion, paranoia and mistrust.

The Mercury and Mars vs. Pluto battle will prompt anger and aggression, so Ms Gat advises being on alert during morning rush hour to avoid road rage boiling over.

June 19 also might be a good time to detox from caffeine, which ramps up energy and sets tensions on edge.

Ms Gat suggests swapping espresso for herbal tea and surrounding your workspace with soothing scents.

If lunch with a colleague is on the cards, try inviting another to join – tempers are likely to flare on June 19 and “having a third party present can be useful for keeping things in check”.

The chaos of June 19 is likely to affect Leo, Capricorn and Scorpio most intensely, Elite Daily warns, with all signs in for sweeping personal changes.

However, the stratospheric shift should help Libra to see things more clearly while Aries are in for a nice dose of fresh perspective.
