Hugh Hefner cause of death

It has only been a week since Hugh Hefner’s passing, and now HollywoodLife has obtained the playboy moguls death certificate.

The certificate reads that the 91-year-old died of cardiac arrest and respiratory failure. The certificate also reveals that Hugh was suffering from an E. coli infection, and that unfortunately, he was ‘highly resistant to antibiotics.’

This upsetting news comes days after Hugh was laid to rest on Saturday, which his widow Crystal Hefner confirmed in her emotional statement.
