Georgie Gardner has made her big debut on The Today Show this morning, and the 47-year-old host has revealed her biggest fear about beginning the coveted role.
Gardner told The Daily Telegraph that she was worried about ‘losing’ herself in the new role.
‘There’s a part of me that feels wary because we live in a time now where there is just so much scrutiny, we live in this very weird era of clickbait and I just hope with that I don’t lose my spontaneity,’ she told the publication.

When asked if the rumours of her feud with co-star Karl Stefanovic had any merit, Georgie merely dismissed it, saying ‘it’s been hyped up a fair bit.’
Gardner comes into the Today role after former host Lisa Wilkinson quit after a pay-parity dispute.
