A pair of allegedly cheating husbands in the US had no idea they were about to be confronted by their wives at the same time earlier this week – but apparently Twitter knew.
On Tuesday, Brittney-Jade Colangelo, 27, was waiting in an airport bar in Cleveland when she overheard two women talking to each other nearby, and quickly realised their conversation was worth live tweeting.
The two middle-aged women both suspected their husbands of cheating – with each other – and were taking a flight together to crash the men’s ‘business trip’ to confront them.
Naturally, the eavesdropper felt the need to live tweet the entire conversation.
According to Brittney the two women went on to order shots, while the following conversation occurred:
‘At least my husband’s boyfriend has good taste in women,’ said one lady.
The other responded, ‘Yeah, you’re pretty okay too.’
‘We can do this,’ said the other.
‘You’re right. We can.’
Brittney then tweets the ladies take their shots.
Brittney-Jade concluded: ‘If your names are Jeffrey and Richard and you’re on a ‘business trip’ in Chicago… your wives are coming for you. And they’ve bonded.’
