The man accused of raping and murdering aspiring Melbourne comedian Eurydice Dixon has pleaded guilty to the charges.

Eurydice, 22, was killed as she walked home after performing at a comedy show in the early hours of June 13.

Her attacker, Jaymes Todd, 19, pleaded guilty to single counts of murder, rape, attempted rape and sexual assault during a court hearing on Nov. 11.

Before her untimely death, Eurydice’s great uncle Eric told 9News that she was “blossoming”.

“You see these things on TV but all of a sudden it’s in your family — the whole stark reality,” he said.
