Ellen DeGeneres has announced her latest business venture: a lifestyle collection for babies!
While the talk show host has already established a successful line of shoes and apparel for adults, she is putting her creative skills to good use and extending the range to include products for little ones too.
“Babies love to be swaddled and should always be surrounded by love and kindness,” the 58-year-old said in a press release.
“I created, my baby collection with that thought in mind,”
It’s believed the items available will include strollers, furniture, bedding, footwear and blankets emblazoned with artistic prints and inspirational quotes.
“Each piece has a message of love and the line is filled with whimsical and fun pieces,” she said.
While the comedienne and her wife of nine years, Portia de Rossi, are yet to start a family of her own, she confesses that this new endeavor has ignited her maternal instincts.
“The baby socks (are my favourite,)” she admits.
“Baby socks are so cute they make me want to have a baby just so they can wear baby socks.”
