Donald Trump has been rushed offstage by secret service agents at a rally in Reno, Nevada, after unconfirmed reports suggest a protestor was deemed a possible threat to the US presidential candidate.
‘Go! Go!’ agents shouted as they whisked him away and a combination of local police and private security wrestled a man to the ground.
There has been some confusion as to whether the protestor was armed with a gun, however a weapon has not been recovered and police do not think the man was armed.
Mt Trump issued a statement shortly after the drama unfolded, thanking law enforcement agents for their quick response.
