He’s arguably one of the most popular personalities on Australian TV, but The Voice star Seal has failed win over viewers with his latest venture.
After just one season, UK talent show Pitch Battle has wrapped up on air.
The Kiss From A Rose hit maker appeared as a guest judge on the BBC series, which saw rival choir groups go head-to-head in a string of Pitch Perfect inspired challenges.
Despite offering an enticing £50,000 in prize money, the show gained very little public interest.
Many have also blamed the judging panel – which also included mainstays Gareth Maloney and Kelis – for the lack lustre ratings.

According to Radio Times: “Fellow TV singing talent show the Voice UK always struggled to either win over viewers or find a genuine star on the BBC, and it hasn’t done much better since switching to ITV. “
This is sure to come as a shocking blow for the 54-year-old, who was recently forced to part ways with close friend and rumoured lover Delta Goodrem.
The songstress was said to be “devastated” by when her co-host jetted out of Australia mere days after his filming commitments for The Voice ended.
