A purported poltergeist has been caught on film petrifying a young girl as she plays in her home.
Eerie home security footage shows the supposedly haunted doll moving its head from side-to-side, with later footage showing an unseen force throwing objects into the air and causing the girl to flee in fear. In one clip, a table can even be seen screeching across the floor as if being moved by an invisible force. The room then appears to shake.
The girl’s father is reported to have set up the camera to observe his daughter after she complained of something bothering her as she played with her toys.
The footage was posted to Spanish supernatural Facebook page La Otra Dimension last September and has since been viewed more than 5 million times.
But viewers haven’t been shy about airing their concerns about the legitimacy of the clips, posting comments such as “[It] looks super staged,” “it was edited,” and “pretty sure they used string to pull the dolls hair up and down.”
However, one fan in particular was quick to defend the spooky activity writing, “To all [those who] say this is fake, I would like to see your face if any of this happened to you or worse – your daughter.
