Loved-up duo Carly Waddell, 31, and husband Evan Bass, 34, have announced that they’re expecting their first child together.
‘We are so happy to be expanding our family as we welcome Baby Bass in 2018,’ the couple announced in a statement, according to PEOPLE.
The couple met on the set of Bachelor in Paradise in August 2016, and were married in June a year later in a ceremony in Mexico with host Chris Harrison officiating.
Carly and Evan were one of three couples from their Bachelor in Paradise season to walk away from the show engaged, however they are the only couple to tie the knot and stay together.
Lace Morris and Grant Kemp called it off in November, 2016, while Amanda Stanton and Josh Murray stuck it out until December before calling it quits.
Evan entered the Bachelor Nation during season 12 of The Bachelorette where he was not successful at winning the heart of Joelle ‘JoJo’ Fletcher, she chose Jordan Rodgers.
Carly was a contestant on The Bachelor Season 19, which ended with Chris Soules choosing Whitney Bischoff.
The happy couple live in Nashville, Tennessee with Evan’s three kids from his former relationship – Nathan, Liam, and Ensley.
