Christopher Dionne, who starred on an HGTV show called Family Flip, has been arrested and charged with sexually assaulting a minor.
The 36-year-old reality star turned himself into Connecticut State Police after a warrant was issued for his arrest.
According to E! News, the former reality star was charged with fourth-degree sexual assault and risk of injuring a child. He was later released on $100,000 bond.
The alleged victim, who is 10-years-old, reportedly told a social worker that Dionne had touched her inappropriately while she was at a birthday sleepover party for his daughter.
She alleged that Dionne woke her up around 1:30am by placing his hand against her buttocks under her pajamas and then later lifting up her shirt and touching her chest. She also claimed that Dionne took a photo of her on his phone as he lifted her shirt up.
According to reports the encounters occurred several hours apart.
The victim claim that Dionne asked if she wanted to see his genitals, asking her, ‘Are you a big girl or a little girl?’ while also warning her that if she told, he’d go to jail and his daughter ‘wouldn’t have a daddy.’
Dionne is due back in court on Wednesday, February 14.
