In a vile discovery, a cat has been found with horrific injuries after being raped by a human being.
A Gold Coast family came home to a nightmare on Saturday when they found their cat (named Donkey) suffering from internal bleeding.
Kasey Vessey, a relative of the cat’s owner, spoke on behalf of the family.

Kasey claims the cat was found in the garden, bleeding intensely from the horrendous assault.
She added that the region of the injuries proved it wasn’t just a typical case of another animal getting into a fight with a cat.
“Our vet [said] this was human activity using something to penetrate the cat’s bottom,” she told the Gold Coast Bulletin, also pointing out that the cat was desexed.
RSPCA spokesman Michael Beatty told the Daily Mail that he had never heard of someone committing such an appalling act to a cat, calling it “extremely disturbing.”
“If it is true, without a shadow of doubt we would be charging them with animal cruelty and police could be looking at charging them with offences such as extreme animal cruelty and even bestiality,” he said.
The feline has since received external and internal stitches, and will sadly have a large amount of scarring from the surgery.
Donkey’s family set up a GoFundMe page to help pay for his surgery, which will cost them a pricey $2000.
“The nurse and vet had never seen such horrific damage,” the family wrote on the page.
