Barnaby Joyce has revealed that he may not be the father of partner Vikki Campion’s baby boy that she is expecting in April.
The former deputy prime minister claims he was on a trip to Europe at around the time she conceived.
It is believed Ms Campion became pregnant around July or August of last year,.
Joyce, 50, maintains he will look after the child regardless.
‘It’s mine, on the record, there it is. And can I say, even if it wasn’t, I wouldn’t care, I’d still go through this, I’d still love him,’ Mr Joyce said.
Joyce confirmed in December last year that he had separated from his wife Natalie with whom he shares four daughters.
Campion and Joyce are now living together in Armidale.
