What we love about this duo is their honesty. Both have admitted to giving into sugary temptations during the journey but this hasn’t stopped them from embracing the exercises created by Personal Trainer, Penny Walsh and the healthy meal plan created by Clinical Nutritionist, Rebecca Miller.
“I’m enjoying lots of salads and vegetable curries” Leonie tells New Idea “and although resisting temptations hasn’t always been easy I’m continuing to keep indulgences to a minimum and as a result I’ve felt my tummy and bottom shrinking!”
