Tonight, country couple Mick and Jodi-Anne showed Australia a side we've never seen before.
The usually bright and bubbly duo was reduced to tears during the farmers challenge.
And Torrumbarry-locals Mick and Jodi-Anne reveal to New Idea the heartbreaking reason for their tears.
"We were so moved by, seeing all these faces and we had missed home," Jodi-Anne remembers, tearing up once more.
"Our population of 200 people, we’ve had suicides and to see 60 people from around Australia, (farmers) dressed up in their city clothes that were so country and for us to feed them was so emotional and I cried through the whole episode."
The country Victorians say that no matter how far they go in the competition, they already have plans for what they want to do post-MKR.
"Our reason for going on the show is because we want our own show called Champagne Food On A Beer Budget.
"Because Mick's a bush pilot we want to fly into farms and cook for farmers using their produce to give them a night off or teach them that they can make these meals and how to freeze portions so they have a week’s worth of food instead of a night."
