Mum tells: How I lost 60kg with PIZZA

Mum of two Heidi Reynolds from Victoria lost a whopping 62kg and still ate her favourite food pizza!

After she hit 135kg, Heidi knew she needed to lose weight so she turned to the Healthy Mummy program to help her shed the kilos. 

And in just two years she's now down to an impressive 73kg and feels better than ever.

"My mental health has completely changed from hating life and myself to looking forward to each day. My fitness and skin condition has gotten a lot better," she reveals. 

"I'm a much nicer person to everyone because I'm happy and confident in myself. I'm active with my family and participating in my community."

Heidi starts her day with a Healthy Mummy smoothie for breakfast followed by tuna and crackers for a snack and another smoothie for lunch. 

"Dinner is a Healthy Mummy recipe. Homemade pizza made from the Healthy Mummy two ingredients is a massive favourite," says Heidi.

Exercise wise Heidi does for 45 minutes of HIIT five days a week as well as two 45 minute weight sessions per week.

Heidi's top tip for anyone wanting to start their weigh loss journey is to start small. 

"Just take the step and believe in yourself that you  can do it. And don't try to do it all at once. Set small, achievable goals," she says.
