Thanks to embarking on the Healthy Mummy program in 2014, Stacey has swapped junk food for a balanced diet and now exercises regularly and is training to be a personal instructor.
"Now I eat a good breakfast a Healthy Mummy smoothie everyday, I also make sure I eat plenty of fruit and veggies each day. I love the Healthy Mummy challenge meals as I find the food so delicious. There is plenty of quick and easy snacks and meals I love to make too. But easy snacks for me are nuts, bliss balls, muffins, hard boiled eggs, veggies, like snow peas, beans, carrots, corn," Stacey continues.
"I have gained my life back, I was at a high risk of a heart attack but I am now fit and healthy. I can move my body and not get puffed," Stacey continues.
"I am now working at a gym, started my certificate 4. I want to change peoples lives like I did my own."
