Michelle Bridges has made a name for herself as a master trainer on the Biggest Loser with one hell of a body to boot, and you can certainly see why.
The 48-year-old recently took to Instagram to share a photo of her younger self during a bodybuilding competition, and its safe to say that there's a reason health and fitness is Bridges' bread and butter.
Bridges captioned the post: "Yep 😉 I don’t think your ready for this jelly...."
The photo prompted many of her 280K Instagram followers to praise Michelle's taut physique, with many asking the fitness guru for details of the regime that got her to the stage.
One follower wrote: "I can just imagine the dedication it took to get to that point."
While another follower asked Michelle for fitness tips: "How long did it take you to get to that body? And how many hours a day working out, I would love to look like that !!"
The mother of one decided to add her voice to the commentary, writing back to a follower: "It was just a moment in time...😌 it’s certainly not where or who i am now, but non the less, im personally chuffed at what I was able to achieve with the incredible machine called the human body."
