53-year-old Samantha, who is wheel-chair bound after a diagnosis of multiple sclerosis in 2008, and her boyfriend, were apparently in a car accident while trying to avoid paparazzi in Florida.
Mark, Samantha's boyfriend, told TMZ the pair were driving near a toll booth when they had a run in with photographers.
He claims a photographer swerved in front of them while trying to get a shot, and as the driver, Mark had to avoid the paparazzi's car, which led to the vehicle colliding with a concrete barrier.
Samantha is reportedly being treated by doctors.
