Meghan has said in the past that she tries to follow a plant-based diet: “I try to eat vegan during the week and then have a little bit more flexibility with what I dig into on the weekends.”
Keeping fit is a priority for the new mum, who will no doubt be introducing yoga and Pilates back into her daily routine once she gets the all clear from her doctors.
“It’s hands down the best thing you could do for your body,” Meghan said. “Your body changes immediately. Give it two classes and you will see a difference.”
Fitness expert Sebastien Lagree has said the duchess is a big fan of his classes, where participants use a machine called a ‘megaformer bed’. “She goes to the Studio Lagree in London, and went to Power Pilates in LA. Women love it because it’s a graceful way to weight train.”
Here’s how she will do it …
BREAKFAST: Acai bowl or eggs
with avocado and gluten-free toast
MORNING SNACK: Hummus,
carrots and crackers
LUNCH: Vegetables with quinoa
AFTERNOON: Green juice
DINNER: Clean Cleanse shake
