Meghan has encouraged harry to cut down on his occasional smoking and drinking as it could be lowering his sperm count.
The Prince, is not a regular smoker but he has been spotted enjoying the occasional cigarette while out. And, according to reports he has packed it in.
‘It’s no secret among friends that they want to start a family immediately,’ a source told New York Daily News.
‘One of the reasons [Meghan] got him to quit smoking is because smoking affects sperm production.’
Harry has also been getting help with his diet from a nutritionist and has been reportedly working with a personal trainer at KX Gym in Chelsea to get back to the same level of fitness as his army days.
‘He’s been spotted there at 7am almost every day,’ the source revealed. ‘He’s trying to get his soldier body back.’
The gym is an exclusive private health club where membership costs up to $1200 a month and boasts celebrity members such as Gwyneth Paltrow and Kylie Minogue.
