Harry and Meghan arrived to cheers on South Melbourne Beach, after taking a short tram ride in the city.
The couple spoke to pupils from Albert Park Primary School about the importance of keeping beaches tidy and Harry offered waves to the crowd.
Meghan showed off a new outfit, donning a black Club Monaco dress under the same trench coat as earlier.
"Meghan is paying homage to her Canadian roots by choosing a Club Monaco LBD," fashion expert Donny Galella told New Idea.
"She paired with a sensible flat shoe by Rothys and the same chic trench coat she’s worn a couple times now."
Club Monaco is a high-end casual clothing retailer owned by Polo Ralph Lauren.
It's not the first time Meghan has worn an outfit by the retailer.
She spent her 37th birthday attending Charlie van Straubenzee's at which her husband, Prince Harry, was the best man - and for the occasion she wore dress by the same retailer.
The $518 "Miguellina" dress - made of a polyester blend - features gold-toned buttons and a streamlined design.
The retailer's website describes it as 'endlessly versatile with the change of accessories'.
Meghan accessorised her outfit with black pumps which featured interesting indigo detailing.
Her colourful outfit on that occasion featured a navy shirt top with a coloured pleated skirt and retailed for $328.
