After being snubbed from her sister-in-law Kate Middleton's birthday lunch over the weekend, it has now been revealed that Meghan Markle's bodyguard has quit.
The bodyguard, who received a fair bit of attention after she was spotted protecting the Duchess in a skirt while on the Fiji leg of the royal couples Pacific tour, has handed in her resignation just six months after taking the job.
The appointment was particularly notable, as the one time Scotland Yard Officer was the first woman ever to hold such a role.
As well as Markle's bodyguard, the Duchess' personal assistant Melissa Touabti quit after six months, as did the royal couple's joint private secretary Samantha Cohen.
