The Coach Core program aims to create the 'next generation of sports coaches who will themselves go on to inspire communities.'
Harry and Meghan competed with the duke winning 3-2 over Meghan.
Prince Harry's team mate, former basketball player David Robinson, joked the royal should have let his wife win.
'You've always got to put your wife centre stage,' he said. 'They are newly married, so he is learning that.'
Harry and Meghan both presented awards.
The Duke said: ‘Sport can inspire and invigorate, and as we have seen today, with the right opportunity, the right mentoring and the right focus, lives can be changed.’
Meghan, presenting the award for 'Graduate of the Year', said: ‘My husband has devoted so many years to Coach Core and in the past year of my being in the UK to be able to see not just the impact but the incredible inspiration and sense of purpose that this instills in people is astounding.’
