As part of the new initiative for Britain's National Health Service (NHS), the Fab Four recently gathered to narrate the video, which is expected to reach 11 million people and air in the U.K. tonight.
Directed by British photographer Rankin and written by Richard Curtis— the talented writer behind the hit movies, Four Weddings and a Funeral and Notting Hill— the royals provide the narration for the three-minute black-and-white clip which features TV personalities, actors and sports stars including Gillian Anderson, Glenn Close and former cricket player Freddie Flintoff.
The touching video begins with Prince William saying: "Everyone knows that feeling when life gets on top of us. All over the country, millions of us face challenges to our mental health."
"At all ages, at all intensities and for all sorts of reasons. We feel stressed, low, anxious and have trouble sleeping. Me, you..."
“Your brother, your mother, your friend, your colleague, your neighbour,” Prince Harry continues, "that sufferers often feel they can’t do anything about it.

“There are things we can do,” former Suits actress Meghan continues. “From today, there’s a new way to help turn things around. Every Mind Matters will show you simple ways to look after your mental health.”
“It’ll get you started with a free online plan designed to help you deal with stress, boost your mood, improve your sleep and feel more in control," says Kate, who was the inspiration behind the Royals' brilliant mental health initiative, Heads Together."
"We can all benefit from taking simple steps to improve our mental health," Harry concludes.
The powerful ad is part of a short film which promotes an online program that aims to help people take relatively simple steps to better their mental health.
Encouraging the public to seek help when they are struggling, the website will enable users to create a personalised action plan that will provide effective strategies to help better your headspace.
The Royal four are said to have recorded their voiceovers separately.
