Speaking to fans, Jess said she'd chosen the fat transfer surgery, as she didn't want a traditional boob job involving silicone implants.
"I definitely feel like it was worth the money," she said in a video.
"I didn't want to have silicone boobs, not that there is anything wrong with that, I just didn't want it for myself.
"I had the smallest little bit of unwanted fat on the side of my thighs that I wanted to remove so two birds one stone," she shared, before posting the graphic before and after photos of her bruised breasts.
In the photos, the painful-looking yellow and green bruises are visible, which were the result of the fat transfer.
"I had the smallest little bit of unwanted fat on the side of my thighs that I wanted to remove so two birds one stone," Jess explained.
She also shared the downsides of the surgery.
"I had the surgery done a little while ago now, just a few weeks ago, and I still find I can't run like I normally would," she admitted, after a fan asked if she was still exercising.
"The jolting hurts the side of my thighs but my boobs they recovered really really fast."
Jess opened up to New Idea earlier this month with the full details of the $50,000 she's spent on surgery since filming MAFS, including surgeries to her face, body and breasts.
