Dan looks at the text and agrees to speak to her: "I feel like a dog here, but I’m in it for love," Dan says in an attempt to excuse himself.
Jess answers the phone and begins to nervously babble: “I just thought I’d give you a call to see where you’re at…I think you’re a great guy and we share a lot of the same values…”
“After our kiss I was such a giddy mess, I felt like this is the feeling I should be feeling the whole time,” Jess continues.
They organise a catch up in Sydney when they’re both back and Dan is left feeling a bit guilty.
“It’s hard to keep one girl happy, let alone two," admits Dan.
“I’m worried if Tam finds out… I don’t wanna hurt her. I don’t really know where I’m at. I find Jess attractive but I was matched with Tam…” he says.
Later in the day he has a great romantic date with bride Tamara and feels another pang of guilt.
“After today, I’ve realised I haven’t give Tam the respect she deserves..." he admits.
