Amanda tells her followers how she's been on a body transformation journey over the past two months.

'In the past two months I’ve really changed my training up and included things I dislike to achieve a certain physique look,' she explained.
'It’s been an 8-12 week stint of training in a way I haven’t loved, but I’ve been able to see the benefits, and all too often I see clients get set in their ways for pure enjoyment, until enjoyment alone doesn’t get them the golden goose they’re trying to chase long term.'
