It was a case that transfixed viewers, now Netflix has announced they have ordered a second season of Making a Murderer.
The next installment will look at the post-conviction process for Steven Avery and co-defendent nephew Brendan Dassey, who were both given life sentences for the 2005 murder of photographer Teresa Halbach.
The show will also feature Avery’s new lawyer Kathleen Zellner and Dassey’s legal team.

Making a Murderer was nominated for six Emmy Awards last week. A date for the new season has not been announced.
