In the couple picture, Carly does not appear to have veneers, which she got last month and has been promoting on her own Instagram account.
Fans demanded answers in the comment section.
'This is an old photo. I actually don't think they're still together,' one follower concluded.
Another puzzled fan asked: 'Where's Carly's old teeth gone?'
'This was taken before Carly got her teeth done lol,' another mused.
The couple are yet to comment.
