But the 30-year-old make-up artist isn't ashamed of the extensive cosmetic work she's undergone ahead of her turn on the reality TV juggernaut.
Earlier in the season, Martha and hubby Michael Brunelli, 27, both admitted to having nose jobs.
She's also the proud owner of breast implants.
Martha also admitted to having work done whilst on her honeymoon with MAFS husband Michael.
