Progress is impossible without change, every little bit counts! (I am guilty of using plastic bottles myself but I am making a conscious effort to stop)."
Fans were quick to call out the reality star for her tone deaf advice.
The fans referred to the plastic bottle in Martha's hand, one which she claimed she'd picked up and was about to put in the bin.
While others recalled a photo she shared of herself on Instagram on March 5, where she's sharing a drink with hubby Michael Brunelli - there are clearly two plastic straws in the cocktail glass.
Things eventually escalated, and the Bondi-based beauty was even criticised for her enhanced body, something she's openly admitted to.
