Dating expert Mel made headlines when she slammed former stripper Bronson Norrish for his foul mouthed rant towards wife Ines Basic.
But despite public uproar and some serious trolling on social media, the psychologist stuck to her guns on Wednesday night's spin-off Talking Married telling the show: "It's never excusable to use that language toward anyone."
The matchmaker said she would 'call out that behaviour' again given the chance, and criticised Bronson for using disrespectful words which 'cut down someone's self-esteem'.
The controversy started during Sunday night's commitment ceremony when the 34-year-old entrepreneur exploded at his Bosnia-born TV bride.
After he used a particularly vulgar term to describe the outspoken legal assistant, Mel asked: "When you use language like that in relation to a woman, how do you expect her to respond to you?"
"A tip from me to you: Don't use language like that if you want any chance of a relationship," she added.
Despite Mel siding with Ines, social media took a different stance.
"Someone give that guy a hug. No one should put up with that," one user wrote.
"I may be female but I am Team Bronson all the way - I respect him way more than Ines," another said.
