She was asked, "do you have lip injections?"
"I do!" she replied, admitting she'd be faithful to the same clinician for "many years now."
"I only get 0.5mil. I have tried 1mil on multiple occasions though."
Ines' confession comes after the polarising reality star said she wouldn't tune into last week's MAFS finale for the sake of her own health.
"It's unhealthy for your heart," she told Daily Mail after a string of public controversies, including a drink driving charge, a televised affair, shocking weightloss, and online trolling.
"I think something needs to be done about online bullying, it's really sad. I don't read comments but sometimes I stumble upon something," she told the website.
"It's really mean. I just would never comment on someone's life story and I definitely wouldn't leave ugly comments on their page.
"Some of it is so nasty I feel sad that my mum has to see it."
