She began her rant, "Anyone else finding Australia Post UTTERLY USELESS??
"Instructions ‘safe drop only if items can’t be seen from the street. Hide behind bins, (we have 3) otherwise collect from post office’.
"All of these parcels were stolen," she alleges.
Verrall then claims Australia Post sent her an image of her parcels "in a safe place."
"THE PHOTO THE POSTMAN HAS TAKEN OF THE ‘SAFE DROP’ IS TAKEN FROM THE BL**DY STREET!!!," she rages.
"Not to mention I was home at the time with three dogs (if anyone knocks on the door, I AM ALERTED!)
"He didn’t even knock or ring the doorbell. Complete incompetence."
Verrall says the three stolen packages included work clothes, quality stockings and wax melts.
While she claimed getting a refund or apology from Australia Post was "proving a battle", she raved about the customer service provided by the brands she has purchased the stolen goods from.
