A statement from the show said, 'The whole ITV2 and Love Island team are profoundly saddened to hear the news about Sophie, and our deepest sympathies and thoughts go to her family and friends.'
Gradon's cause of death remains unknown, but it's believed the star had been battling depression for several years.
Back in September, Sophie tweeted to her fans after she hadn't posted in a while: 'Hi guys, no not dead just battling a little bit of depression. I'll come back I promise x.'
Twitter has seen an outpouring of grief for the much-loved television personality.
Our thought's are with Sophie's family and friends at this difficult time.
