Difficulty getting to sleep and staying asleep are insomnia symptoms. Take this Insomnia Severity Index quiz to help determine your sleeping pattern. You will learn whether your sleep issue is mild, moderate, or severe. This index provides 
a rating scale from 0 (no problem) to 4 (very severe) for each sleep problem. For every problem, rate the severity for the past two weeks.
