The dirtiest part of a plane might surprise you. And no, it’s not the toilet.
A study by Drexel Medicine has revealed the germiest places on a plane and how they spread around.
The hottest place for germs is the seat pocket. Whiles some use it for storage, others have been known to place their snotty tissues and even fingernails in there.
Second is the tray. Generally used for eating off, cabin crew said they have witnessed people placing dirty nappies, and sticking chewing gum on it.
Unsurprisingly, the bathrooms didn’t come back clean either. The reports suggests arming ‘yourself with your disinfectant wipes and hand sanitizer and try not to touch anything directlyIt’s best not to touch anything in there.’
And as for the pillows, they get reused without being washed.
