It’s been an enormous 12 months for Cass Thistleton.
Not only has the mum starred in controversial reality show Seven Year Switch but she’s also had a baby and split from her husband of three years, Ryan.
And through all that, the 32-year-old has been working hard to get her fitness back on track…with incredible results!
Cass posted a montage of her progress on her Instagram page and shared the exciting news she has lost a huge 20 kilograms since giving birth to Mena in June.
She wrote: ‘My stats… 20kgs down, 4kg to lose to be back at pre-pregnancy weight. Currently training 6 days a week, I’ve dropped the weights at the moment so I can trim down some more. Still very heavy around the stomach. Loving my booty and upper body. Following a high fats low carb no sugar diet.’
Cass then added: ‘I have a goal set in mind which I’m not ready to share yet but have a lot of work to do between now and April! If it looks insight I will share in the coming weeks. Let’s hope for healthy Mumma and Babes.’
The gorgeous mum sadly announced she has split from her husband Ryan exclusively in New Idea this week.
