Mum sells wedding dress in brilliant Facebook post after her husband cheated

Hilarious!

Jane Tarren, a 46-year-old mother from York, is selling her designer wedding dress for less than half it’s retail price and has shared a hilarious advert describing it as ‘in stunning condition unlike my marriage.’

The mum-of-two walked down the aisle in May last year, but the marriage quickly disintegrated after she discovered her then-husband was chatting online to two different women while on their honeymoon.

Tarren believes she spent over $40,000 on who she thought was the ‘ideal man’, and claims she even covered the cost of her own wedding and honeymoon because she was ‘head over heels for him.’

Jane said, ‘One of the nights I found him chatting to two girls with a drink. I knew something wasn’t right so I did some investigating. I went on his Facebook and I found messages galore from a girl friend, he told her he was marrying a fat girl and that he didn’t love me.’

Now, in order to rid herself of all her unhappy memories she is selling her wedding gown.

She wrote to Facebook, ‘Please help me remove this Sontie wedding dress from my life, it does look stunning on, enough to distract you from the fact your marrying a compulsive liar. Will fit someone 18-22 the dress is in stunning condition unlike my marriage…’

‘All bad luck has been removed as post separation the dress was cleaned I know this because after dry cleaning I became happier and more confident realising what it was like to be treated well in a relationship.’

The post continues, ‘Not getting married? That’s ok!! The dress would look great on many different occasions, it would look great while your washing the dishes or standing to catch a train, or even standing in line to do a name change because the name you took on makes you feel nauseous and filled with more regret than a one night stand you had back in 2007!!’

‘Wear it to the pub and people will buy you celebration drinks, even better fake cry and the sympathy drinks come in from every angle and every guy there who wants to be your rebound!!’

Since sharing the post, Jane says people have been messaging her to say how brilliant it is.
