Forget shellac, forget French tips, forget funky nail art… the latest trend in manicure is succulents.
Yep, succulents! It’s not enough that those cute little plants are taking over our homes and Instagram feeds, now women have started gluing them to their nails in the name of beauty!
Applied to false nails before being attached to your real nails, Aussie artist Roz Borg, who pioneered the trend, says the whole process takes about an hour and admits it’s ‘definitely not practical’.
‘People are stunned when they realise it’s real live plants,’ says Roz. ‘Some people are grossed out, but most people love it!
